At Artist Residence we believe in fairtrade and being environmentally friendly. That's why we recycle old clothes and materials to make beautiful vintage dresses and soft furnishings.

We are not a boutique hotel. As the first Urban Art Hotel in the UK, Artist Residence Brighton is bursting with character! Rooms are designed in various styles: new age street art, pyschedelic graphic design, stylish illustration and eccentric urban art.

Artist Residence Brighton hotel and art gallery has nine individually designed boutique artist rooms, as well as  cheap hotel residency rooms and studio workshop space. From time to time when the artists are not in residence, we offer guests the chance to stay within our cheap room private quarters to experience the Brighton bohemian way of life.
