Checking In & Out
Check-in is from 3pm, but you are very welcome to arrive early and leave your bags in our luggage store whilst you head out to explore or relax in our clubhouses.
Check-out is 11am, but if you would prefer a little more snoozing time just let us know on arrival and we can arrange a late check-out for £20 per hour.
Bringing Your Dog
All of our hotels have dog-friendly public spaces, as well as a selection of dog friendly bedrooms for well-behaved pooches. For dogs staying over, we charge £15 per dog, per night, to include Lily’s Kitchen organic dog treats, bowl & bed to make them feel at home.
Unless booking under a special offer which includes breakfast, our usual rates include the room only. Breakfast is served daily in each of our places, with a menu of fresh, wholesome dishes available in our clubhouses.

Our room rates can vary across seasons and between weekdays and weekends. We also sometimes run special offers, which you will find on our Special Offers page.

Booking Specific Rooms
Please note that we cannot guarantee specific rooms within a room type. However, we will always try our best to accommodate you if you have a preference – simply pop a note in the Special Requests section if booking online, or get in touch using the form below.
Cots are available in some rooms free of charge, whilst pull-out beds are available in selected rooms for a charge of £30 per night. If you would like to book a room with a cot or extra bed please see the ‘Family & Dog Friendly’ rooms section of the hotel location you would like to book, or get in touch with us using the form below.
We take 50% payment at the time of booking, and remaining 50% will be charged to your card 3 days prior to arrival.
Bookings are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to check in unless you have booked under a special promotion.

We are no longer accepting payments made in cash, we will only be accepting card payments at all hotels.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items left on our property upon departure however every care will be taken to ensure these are returned to you in a timely manner. If you think you’ve left something at one of our places please use the form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
