Accessibility
There are small steps at the entrance to the building, and the hotel is situated over three floors above ground floor, with the bar and lounge located on the ground floor. We have a small lift for access to the first and second floor, but some rooms are still accessed by steps and the third floor is accessible only by stairs.
As this is an old, Grade 1 listed building, there are small steps and narrow corridors throughout.
Front Desk
A member of staff will be available 24 hours a day for any queries during your stay.
Lost Property
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items left on our property upon departure however every care will be taken to ensure these are returned to you in a timely manner.
Please note, for recorded delivery or return of large items there may be a small charge.
Minimum Stay
We may occasionally operate a minimum 2 night stay on busy weekends and during holidays.
Soundproofing
The building was built in the 1790’s and whilst we have done everything we can to soundproof the rooms, there may still a bit of noise from room to room.
Some of our bedrooms are located above our bar, and so if you are sensitive to noise please let us know and we will do our best to allocate you one of the top floor bedrooms.
