Our bedrooms are set across three floors, with access by stairs. Small and medium rooms make for homely and comfortable retreats from the city, whilst the Loft and suites offer extra space for lounging.
Each room is individually designed, peppered with limited edition art prints and vintage & reclaimed furniture, and all bedrooms include:

Small but perfectly formed with plenty of natural light, these first floor rooms feature comfy king size beds, rainfall showers, comfy vintage armchairs and small writing desks.
With a little more space than our Small rooms, these third floor bedrooms feature comfy king size beds, rainfall showers, comfy vintage armchair or sofa and small writing desks.
Larger rooms with super king beds, our Medium rooms are located on the second floor with rainfall showers, comfy vintage armchairs and small writing desks.
With a super king or twin single beds, this light and airy room is tucked away in the eaves on the third floor, with a rainfall shower, comfy vintage armchairs and small writing desks.
The perfect rooftop-gazing nest, the Loft is a larger room tucked away in the eaves on the third floor with pitched ceiling, king bed, open plan bathroom with 1930’s French-style bathtub, walk-in shower and comfy seating area for two.
Art deco-style suite with super-king statement bed, large seating area with sofa & vintage club chairs and a spacious bathroom with freestanding roll-top bathtub & walk-in shower. Located on the second floor.
The best in the house! Our Grand Suite is the perfect romantic bolthole with four-poster super-king bed, large open-plan bathroom with large cast iron freestanding bathtub, walk-in rainfall shower, seating area for 4 and sunny floor-to-ceiling sash windows. An eclectic retreat from the city.

A stay at Artist Residence wouldn't be complete without soaking up the fun and friendly atmosphere in our bar, cafe & kitchen - a buzzing neighbourhood hangout from coffee to cocktails, breakfast to bedtime.
Here you'll find a light and airy cafe space for long lazy brunches, quiet corners for getting in the zone with your laptop and a coffee, a lively bar for cocktail dates and a sunny terrace for watching the world go by.

Things to know
Checking In and Out
Check-in is from 3pm, but you are very welcome to arrive early and leave your bags in our luggage store whilst you head out to explore or relax in our clubhouse.
Check-out is 11am, but if you would prefer a little more snoozing time just let us know on arrival and we can arrange a late check-out for £20 per hour.
Parking
We do not have an on-site car park. However, Q Car Park is located just a 3-minute walk away on Cumberland Street, SW1V 4LY and costs £27 per 24 hours. 20% discount tickets are available for hotel guests at reception or use the code ARTIST20 when you book online.
Travel
The hotel is situated just a five minute walk from Victoria underground, national rail and coach stations. Pimlico and Sloane Square tube stations are a 10 minute walk.
If you require a taxi we recommend using Addison Lee – you can call them on 020 7387 8888. Card payments can be used when booking or alternatively may be paid with cash.
Food & Drink
Our cafe, kitchen & bar is open 7 days a week from 7.00am on weekdays and 7.30am on weekends.
Daytime:
Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 3pm
Saturday & Sunday from 8am – 3pm
Dinner:
Daily from 6 – 9:30pm
We are open for drinks all day.
Bringing Dogs
We welcome dogs in all of our public spaces and in a selection of our bedrooms – you can see our dog friendly rooms here.
Please note, there is a surcharge of £15 per dog, per night, to include Lily’s Kitchen organic dog treats, bed & bowl. Dogs must be kept on a lead and cannot be left in rooms unattended.

Accessibility
The hotel is situated over three floors above ground floor, with the bar and lounge located on the lower ground floor. Please note that we do not have a lift. We can allocate rooms on the first floor should this be required subject to availability.
As this is an old building, there are small steps and narrow corridors throughout.
Families
Children and families are welcome. All rooms apart from our Small & Small Plus rooms can accommodate cots, and our Grand Suite & Club Suite have space for an extra bed too.
