Our bedrooms are set across three floors of a Georgian coach house, with stair access only. Whilst Snug and Comfy rooms make perfect bases for a trip spent exploring, Super Comfy Luxe bedrooms, Lofts and the Chapel Suite offer a little extra space and the Mini Lookout, Lookout and Cottage are ideal for groups and families.

Each room is individually designed, peppered with limited edition art prints and vintage & reclaimed furniture. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and include:

A cosy nook of a bedroom on the ground floor, with king bed, rainfall shower and comfy armchair. If you’re looking for a little extra space or to stay a little longer, perhaps check out our Comfy rooms, but the Snug is perfect for shorter trips.

Slightly larger than the Snug, these rooms feature comfy king beds, armchairs and bathrooms with rainfall showers. A ground floor room also features a shower over bath. With everything you need for a restful stay, our Comfy Doubles make perfect bases for exploring West Cornwall with all the comforts of home.

Tucked away on the second floor this wood-clad bedroom is as cosy as they come, with a king or twin single beds, comfy armchair, small writing desk and rainfall shower over bath.

Brand new for Spring 2021! Our Loft bedrooms offer a little more space than our Comfy bedrooms, with original pitched ceilings and exposed beams. All rooms have rainfall showers and roll-top bathtubs, either within the bathroom or in the bedroom, as well as super king beds, comfy seating and writing desk.

Our Super Comfy Luxe bedrooms are exactly that – spacious and homely, with everything you need for a comfortable stay at the seaside. Featuring comfy super king beds, armchairs, large writing desks and large, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in rainfall showers and roll-top bathtubs.

The Chapel Suite is a luxurious bolthole with extra space for lounging. Featuring a super king-size bed, a comfy lounge with seating area, statement free-standing brass bathtub and floor to ceiling windows with views over Chapel Street, and an en-suite bathroom with powerful rainfall shower.

A luxe hideaway, the Mini Lookout is tucked away in the eaves on the third floor, with fabulous sea views East towards Marazion and St Micheal’s Mount and West towards Newlyn. The main bedroom has a king bed, comfy armchair and pitched ceiling with exposed beams, whilst the snug single bedroom is ideal for an extra guest. With the addition of a comfy living room and open plan bathroom with roll-top copper bathtub and rainfall shower, this is a luxurious bolthole for your trip to the Cornish seaside.

The best room in the house, The Lookout is a luxe retreat with exposed beams perched above the rooftops of Penzance, with sea views towards Newlyn and Mousehole. Featuring a super king-size bed, separate cosy living space with log burner and sofa bed, a small dining area, statement bathroom with copper free-standing bathtub and rainfall shower, and a rustic kitchenette fitted with all the essentials, plus a balcony terrace to make the most of those beautiful sea views.

A seaside retreat for families and groups of friends, the Cottage sleeps 2-6 people in three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a king or twin beds, and a snug bunk bed room with two full size single beds. Featuring an open plan living room and kitchenette with statement log burner, comfy seating area and a dining table for 6, as well as a luxurious bathroom with copper roll-top bath and walk-in rainfall shower.
