About the Role

We are currently expanding our Central Reservations team and are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Reservationist who genuinely cares in ensuring that each and every one of our guests has a great experience. With 5 boutique hotels spread across the country in Brighton, London, Cornwall, Oxfordshire and Bristol, this is a busy role. Often you will be the first point of contact for our guests journey, so it is essential guests feel superbly looked after before they have even set foot through our doors.

As a member of the Central Reservations Team, your role is to continually strive to achieve customer satisfaction and room revenue goals whilst handling multiple queries simultaneously via phone and email. A key part of the role will also be engaging closely with the hotel staff, with timely communication to ensure that guests always have a remarkable experience.

Located in the heart of Clifton village at our ‘HQ’, this is an office based role. Our Reservations Department is open from 8am to 8pm every day and there are a variety of shifts available across these hours.


This is a fast-paced role where you will often be handling multiple queries at the same time. You must be naturally warm, engaging and friendly, with great attention to detail. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Each of our 5 hotels are unique in their own way, so you will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of each of our places and their offering. You will be responsible for ensuring all guest details are accurately recorded, deposits and pre-payments are processed correctly and all reservation correspondence is completed and dealt with accurately in a timely manner.

The reservations team are also to proactively ensure that guests have all the reservations they require such as restaurant bookings, with a knack for identifying opportunities to book other products and services that we offer.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know, but similar work experience is always a bonus!
