Development/ Executive Chef wanted for a trendy up and coming group – Exciting lifestyle position
We like to think of ourselves as somewhere fun and friendly to stay, eat and drink. With outposts in rural Oxfordshire, Cornwall, Central London and a new opening in Bristol later on this year you will get to experience some of the most beautiful parts of the UK.
Great food is a big part of our DNA and we’re looking for a down to earth chef who loves simple cooking using fresh ingredients that is rustic, good value and wholesome. Keeping an eye on the finances and GPs is important so being good with a computer is key. Finally it’s a people’s role so being able to train and recruit effectively is a big plus.
We’d love to find someone to join our family and take ownership of our food offerings, overlook the development of our menus, recruit and train our teams, overlook any statutory regulations and all things finance related.
