We are excited to be hiring a General Manager to become the biggest key player in the success of the site operation! Acting as an ambassador for the Artist Residence brand you will take responsibility for all day to day aspects of operations on site, ensuring that guests rave about us and we are one of the best places to work! You will be providing leadership and strategic ideas for all site departments while making sure revenue and budget targets are met and exceeded. You will also ensure that you have a fully staffed, engaged, trained and motivated team who deliver amazing service all day, every day.

For the role of General Manager you would be responsible for:

  • Hospitality experience at managerial level ideally in hotel and Food & Beverage
  • Strategic and visionary thinker
  • Ability to deal effectively and calmly with difficult or unforeseen situations
  • Strong people management skills and experience
  • The ability to engage and motivate others
  • An attitude and knack of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Financial management skills
