We are currently on the lookout for a friendly, engaging and passionate Head Bartender who can make our guests feel “right at home”, providing a truly remarkable experience. We want someone who can create a great atmosphere and takes pride in serving great tasting, well-made awesome drinks.

About the Role

On a day-to-day basis you will be welcoming guests, taking orders, serving up a variety of drinks and keeping the bar clean and presentable at all times. Working as part of a small, close-knit team, we want to make sure that all guests have a remarkable experience, and we are looking for someone with high energy to be a part of this!

Knowledge about cocktails, wines and spirits is a must. You must have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, have excellent attention to detail, be able to create classics and have a bank of off-piste requests up your sleeve.
