Working five days per week, you'll take ownership of the café throughout the day. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new opening from the very beginning. You'll take ownership of the space, creating an atmosphere guests want to return to, curating a seasonal cocktail list, leading service from behind the bar and building relationships with local regulars, hotel guests and visitors alike.
Working Tuesday to Saturday from 4.00pm onwards, you'll lead the evening operation of the cocktail bar while working closely with our restaurant, private dining and hotel teams. A Typical Day
Leading the evening operation of our cocktail bar.
Creating exceptional cocktails with consistency and flair.
Curating and evolving a seasonal cocktail list.
Delivering warm, knowledgeable and engaging drinks service.
Creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home.
Building relationships with local regulars and hotel guests.
Managing stock, ordering and ensuring the bar is beautifully organised.
Training and supporting the wider bar team.
Working closely with our restaurant and events teams to deliver seamless hospitality.
Helping establish the cocktail bar as one of Pimlico's favourite neighbourhood destinations.
About You
You're passionate about cocktails, but even more passionate about hospitality.
You'll love creating memorable evenings, chatting with guests and making everyone feel welcome. You understand that the best cocktail bars are built on atmosphere just as much as exceptional drinks.
You'll be confident working independently while also enjoying being part of a close-knit team. You'll have previous cocktail bar experience, strong product knowledge and an eye for detail, but just as importantly you'll bring warmth, personality and genuine enthusiasm to every shift.

Great hospitality begins with a great host.
At The Mason Arms, we're more than a country pub with rooms. We're a place where locals gather, walkers stop for lunch, families celebrate special occasions and guests escape to the countryside for a relaxing stay.
As House Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing that experience to life.
Working closely with the General Manager and Kitchen team, you'll lead the day-to-day Front of House operation, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every guest enjoys thoughtful, genuine hospitality. You'll lead by example, supporting the team on the floor, solving problems, coaching colleagues and making sure every service reflects the personality and standards of Artist Residence.
More than anything, you'll help shape the culture of the house—creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, guests feel genuinely looked after and people leave already planning their next visit.
A Typical Day
Leading Front of House service across the pub and bedrooms.
Welcoming guests and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Coaching, supporting and motivating the Front of House team.
Running team briefings and leading service by example.
Working closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless hospitality.
Supporting private dining, celebrations and local events.
Helping manage rotas, labour and day-to-day operations.
Responding to guest feedback and resolving any issues with warmth and professionalism.
Maintaining exceptional standards throughout the pub and hotel.
Helping build relationships with regulars and becoming part of the local community.
About You
You're a natural host who genuinely enjoys looking after people.
You'll be calm under pressure, organised and confident leading a team from the floor. You enjoy creating a positive atmosphere, coaching others and making every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
You'll have previous experience leading a hospitality team, but just as importantly you'll bring warmth, initiative and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll care about the little things, take pride in what you do and enjoy being at the heart of a busy, welcoming pub.

At The Mason Arms, hospitality is about much more than taking orders and serving food. It's about making every guest feel genuinely welcome, whether they're joining us for a quiet lunch, celebrating with family, enjoying a weekend away or simply stopping in for a pint by the fire.
As our Senior Floor Host, you'll be a visible leader on the floor, helping create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere while supporting the House Manager and leading the team through busy services.
You'll coach newer team members, set high standards through your own example and help ensure every guest enjoys thoughtful, genuine hospitality from the moment they arrive until they leave.

About You
You're passionate about hospitality and naturally enjoy looking after people.
You'll be confident leading by example, enjoy supporting your colleagues and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll already have experience working in a busy restaurant, pub or hotel and be ready to take the next step in your hospitality career. You're organised, calm under pressure and understand that the smallest details often make the biggest difference.
Most importantly, you'll genuinely enjoy making people feel at home.
